Duties of the Inspectorate
Advising the Director of the Department to perform the following tasks:
1. Inspecting and examining organizations and individuals in the implementation of legal provisions according to the assigned sectors and fields; handling complaints and denunciations, preventing and combating corruption according to the provisions of law and according to the assignment or authorization of the Provincial People's Committee;
2. Organizing and taking responsibility for appraisal and granting certificates within the scope of management responsibility of the Department according to the provisions of law and according to the assignment or authorization of the Provincial People's Committee;
3. Performing legal work tasks according to the provisions of Decree No. 55/2011/ND-CP dated July 4, 2011 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of legal organizations;
4. Work of the Provincial Cultural - Social Interdisciplinary Inspection Team. Preside over or coordinate with relevant agencies to organize the implementation of measures to prevent, combat and stop illegal activities in culture, family, physical education, sports and tourism;
Perform other tasks assigned by the Director of the Department.
